What would you do? Transforming sales to become a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine. The team helps assess, design, build and implement best practices on process, organization, and technology to create, execute, and run a collaborative sales and support roles. Architect master data solutions across platforms to consolidate content, synchronize data, provide centralized maintenance of unified data, enable rich product content management and print publishing as well as to synchronize global data ensuring consistency and control of master data elements. Create, maintain and govern customer/organizational hierarchies so that records roll up correctly for reporting, incentives, and business processes.
What are we looking for? Qualifications & skills • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Management, Commerce, or related field. • Strong logical thinking and ability to visualise relationships across accounts/entities. • Excellent research skills (company registries, third-party reference data). • Comfortable using an MDM UI for hierarchy modelling and navigation. • Clear stakeholder communication—able to explain hierarchy decisions and impacts. Minimum experience • 3–6 years in MDM operations, customer master management, or a role focused on hierarchy/account mapping. • Experience with hierarchy modelling concepts, survivorship/matching rules. • Familiarity with downstream systems (CRM/ERP) and how hierarchies affect reporting. • Exposure to D&B/BvD or similar reference data sources.
Roles and Responsibilities: •• Build and maintain parent-child hierarchies and mapping logic in the master-data system. • Assess incoming hierarchy requests, perform research, and determine correct roll-up structures. • Execute matching/deduplication activities and decide on inactivate vs. merge actions per guidelines. • Coordinate approvals with business owners for impactful changes and log decisions. • Validate downstream impact (reporting, billing, incentives) and escalate potential issues. • Support periodic hierarchy audits, reconcile discrepancies, and implement corrections. • Contribute to SOP updates and provide training/guidance to operations team on hierarchy rules.
