Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales & Project Engineer specializing in Smart Home Automation Systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling sales activities, project execution, and client coordination from concept to completion. The candidate should have experience in smart home solutions such as lighting control, home networking, CCTV, access control, and automation systems (KNX, Control4, Crestron, or equivalent).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the smart home automation market in Qatar.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Conduct site surveys, system design, and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate project activities from planning, installation, testing, and commissioning to handover.
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Provide after-sales technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with market trends and new technologies in home and building automation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in Smart Home / Building Automation / ELV Systems, preferably in Qatar or GCC.
  • Hands-on experience with automation systems (KNX, Control4, Crestron, Lutron, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of AV systems, CCTV, access control, and networking solutions.
  • Proven track record in sales and project management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
