About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales & After-Sales Project Manager to oversee the complete customer journey—from pre-sale engagement through post-sale support and relationship management. This role bridges sales, operations, and customer success to ensure seamless execution of projects, strong client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Management

  • Support business development efforts by managing proposals, contracts, and project timelines.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify client needs and deliver customized solutions.
  • Track KPIs such as conversion rates, revenue growth, and pipeline progress.

Project Execution

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients during project delivery.
  • Plan, organize, and monitor project milestones to ensure timely execution.
  • Align with internal teams (sales, operations, finance, and technical staff) to deliver commitments.

After-Sales Support

  • Oversee the client onboarding process and provide consistent support post-purchase.
  • Manage customer feedback loops to identify areas for service improvements.
  • Track retention, renewal, and upselling opportunities.
  • Build long-term relationships by ensuring exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (MBA a plus).
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales coordination, project management, or client success roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, Trello).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Important Note:
The position will begin with a 3–5 day trial period (unpaid) to assess skills and fit. Successful candidates will then be offered a contract-based role with Bi-weekly pay of $150–$200, depending on experience and performance.
