Job Title: Sales Promoter

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Promoter to actively engage with potential customers, demonstrate products, and drive sales. The Sales Promoter will be responsible for increasing product awareness, generating leads, and achieving sales targets through direct interaction with customers at stores, events, or promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and demonstrate products to customers in retail stores, exhibitions, and events.
• Actively approach customers to inform them about new products, offers, and promotions.
• Deliver engaging product presentations and answer customer queries.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Maintain product display, stock arrangement, and cleanliness at the counter/booth.
• Collect customer feedback and report insights to the sales/marketing team.
• Prepare daily sales and activity reports.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with store staff and customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, branding, and merchandising standards.

Requirements:

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
• Experience: 2–4 years in sales, retail, or promotions (FMCG/Retail experience preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in approaching and engaging with customers.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Positive attitude, energetic, and customer-focused.
