Job Title: Sales Promoter

Job Purpose:
The Sales Promoter is responsible for promoting and selling company products directly to customers in retail outlets, events, and promotional campaigns. The role focuses on increasing product awareness, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell company products to customers in retail stores, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Actively engage with customers to explain product features, benefits, and promotions.
• Demonstrate product usage and provide samples (if applicable).
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management.
• Monitor and maintain product display, stock levels, and merchandising standards.
• Collect customer feedback and report market trends to the sales team.
• Provide accurate sales reports and updates to the supervisor/manager.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with retailers and customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines, and promotional activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree in Marketing or Business is a plus.
• Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience as a Sales Promoter, Brand Promoter, Retail Sales Associate, or in a similar customer-facing sales role.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in electronics, FMCG, lifestyle products, or retail industry is an advantage.
