Sales Promoter

About Us:
Jainatva Food Products is a fast-growing FMCG brand. We are expanding our team in the Indore cluster and looking for a motivated Sales Promoter to drive retail sales and increase brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote Jainatva Food Products and create brand awareness at retail outlets, events, supermarkets, malls, and other customer touchpoints.
• Conduct product demonstrations and sampling to engage potential customers.
• Convince customers to purchase products and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain product displays and ensure proper visibility at retail locations.
• Collect customer details, fill forms, and submit reports to supervisors.
• Handle customer interactions politely, patiently, and professionally.
• Work according to retail schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG product promotion or retail sales.
• 12th Pass or Undergraduate; Freshers and Interns are welcome.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Convincing ability, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Willingness to work in retail environments and handle customer situations professionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
