Position Details

  • Job Title: Sales Promoter (Theme Park Rides & Activities)
  • Location: Near Dubai Land
  • Contract Duration: 6 Months to 1 Year (Renewable based on performance and business needs)
  • Monthly Salary: AED 3,000 (Fixed)
  • Visa Status: Must possess and be responsible for their own valid UAE Residence Visa.

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and target-driven Sales Promoter to actively promote and sell tickets/packages for our theme park's exciting rides and unique activities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at face-to-face engagement, and is motivated by achieving their sales targets over a medium-term contract (6-12 months).

Key Requirements & Candidate Profile

  • Visa Status: Must hold a valid, independent UAE Residence Visa (No sponsorship provided).
  • Commitment: Must be able to commit to the contract length of 6 months minimum, up to 1 year.
  • Experience: Previous experience in direct sales, promotion, or customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Appearance: Professional, enthusiastic, and energetic appearance suitable for a public-facing theme park role.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Promoter will be responsible for:

  • Active Promotion: Engaging with theme park visitors in designated high-traffic areas to actively promote and sell tickets for specific rides, attractions, and activity packages.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintaining expert knowledge of all rides, current promotions, pricing structures, and schedules.
  • Sales Execution: Handling point-of-sale transactions or directing customers correctly to secure on-the-spot sales.
  • Guest Interaction: Creating a positive first impression, clearly articulating the value proposition of the attractions, and answering guest queries effectively.
  • Reporting: Accurately recording daily sales figures and activity data as required by the Sales Manager.

Working Schedule

  • Working Days: 6 days per week (One designated day off per week).
  • Working Hours: 10 hours per shift, which includes a mandatory 1-hour unpaid break. (Total 10 hours working time + 1 hour break).

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 66 per week
