Sales Promoter – Water Sports (Russian Language Required)

We are Blue Coast Water Sports, based in Marjan Island – Ras Al Khaimah, looking for Sales Promoters (male or female) fluent in_ Russian _and English.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell water sport activities (Jet Ski, Banana Boat, Donut, Kayak, etc.) to guests at the hotel and beach.
• Approach and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Support the operations team when needed (assist with guests, safety jackets, preparing activities).
• Handle bookings and payments.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent service.

Requirements:

• Fluent Russian speaker (mandatory) – English is also required, Arabic is a plus.
• Energetic, outgoing, and presentable (preferably under 35).
• Previous experience in sales, tourism, or hospitality is an advantage.
