Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a dynamic team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in the UAE and a deep understanding of the local market, customer preferences, and operational compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Recruit, train, and manage staff, ensuring high performance and morale.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage inventory, ordering supplies as needed.
• Implement and ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue.
• Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular evaluations.
• Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure menu consistency and quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience in the UAE is mandatory.
• Arab language speaking.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of UAE F&B laws, hygiene standards, and municipality regulations.
• Proven ability to increase revenue and optimize operational efficiency.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in restaurant POS systems and MS Office.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Experience in managing fine dining, casual dining, or high-volume restaurants.
• Knowledge of staff visa processing and local labor laws.
