Sales Promoter/Trainer

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Promoter / Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting products/services, driving sales performance, and training sales staff to achieve targets and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and demonstrate products/services to customers
• Engage with customers and identify their needs.
• Drive sales and meet or exceed targets
• Conduct on-the-job coaching and performance evaluations
• Develop training materials and sales scripts
• Provide feedback to management on customer preferences

Requirements:

• Freshers Can Apply .
• Should be Fluent in Hindi & Urdu
• Experience in training or coaching is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, energetic, and customer-focused personality
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets
• Valid UAE Driving License is an Advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Higher Secondary, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
