Job Title: Property Advisor / Real Estate Sales Consultant

Location: Doha, Qatar

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Property Advisor to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of the local property market. Candidates must possess a valid driving license and own a car.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
• Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, tenants, and investors.
• Negotiate offers and close sales and leasing transactions.
• Stay up to date with market trends, property values, and industry developments.
• Prepare and follow up on proposals, contracts, and necessary documentation.
• Achieve individual sales and leasing targets set by the company.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in real estate sales or property consultancy.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities.
• Valid driving license.
• Own vehicle is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
