The Role

As a Luxury Real Estate Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between high-net-worth clients and Doha’s most prestigious properties. You will manage the entire transaction lifecycle, ensuring a seamless, world-class experience for both property owners and investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Advisory: Analyze client requirements, lifestyle needs, and investment goals to curate tailored property portfolios.
• Elite Property Showings: Conduct bespoke, high-impact viewings that showcase the unique architectural and lifestyle benefits of our luxury listings.
• Advanced Negotiation: Master the art of the deal, facilitating lease and sales agreements that secure optimal value for all stakeholders.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain meticulous documentation standards, ensuring full compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate frameworks.
• Client Stewardship: Proactively cultivate and sustain long-term, professional relationships with landlords, developers, and premium clientele.
