Sales / Public Relations Specialist (Maintenance Services)

About the Role
We’re hiring a Sales / Public Relations Specialist with proven experience in maintenance services to follow up on quotations, negotiate, and convert them into Purchase Orders (POs). You’ll work across our technical portfolio—technical maintenance services, spare parts, and PPM contracts—for heating & cooling systems (e.g., steam boilers, HVAC) and instrumentation (e.g., industrial laundry equipment, refrigeration).
What You’ll Do
- Proactively follow up on issued quotations with clients, handle objections, and negotiate terms until PO award.
- Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts—especially FM companies, factories, hotels, and construction firms—and engage government procurement departments.
- Build a healthy pipeline; forecast, track, and report on quotation status, win/loss, and margins.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure scope clarity in quotes (maintenance services, spare parts lists, PPM deliverables).
- Prepare client meetings, site visits, and technical/commercial presentations.
- Keep CRM/ERP (e.g., Odoo) up to date with activities, contacts, and deal stages.
- Monitor Etimad / government procurement opportunities and align submissions with client needs.
- Support collections and post-award handover for smooth project/service kickoff.
You’ll Bring
- 2–6 years in sales, account management, or PR within maintenance services or MEP/HVAC/Boiler/Industrial services.
- Strong quotation follow-up and negotiation skills with a track record of converting to POs.
- Technical familiarity with steam boilers, HVAC, industrial laundry machines, and refrigeration/instrumentation.
- Existing network within FM companies, factories, hotels, construction firms, and exposure to government procurement teams.
- Native Arabic and good English communication (written & verbal).
- Comfortable with ERP/CRM (Odoo experience is a plus), MS Office, and professional email etiquette.
- Valid KSA driving license and willingness to travel (as needed).
Nice to Have
- Experience with PPM contracts structure, SLAs, and KPIs.
- Familiarity with Etimad portal processes.
- Basic understanding of tenders, BOQs, and technical submittals.

- Monthly PO value & conversion rate (quotes → POs)
- Sales cycle time from quote to award

- CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting
