Role: Sales Quality Analyst

About the Role:
We are seeking a sharp, analytical, and detail-oriented professional to uphold the consistent quality crucial to success. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain high-quality standards by ensuring every sales lead is effectively managed and utilized.
Responsibilities:
- Manual Call Auditing: Listen to and review a high volume of recorded sales calls, evaluating them against predefined quality and compliance standards.
- Insight Generation: Proactively analyze call data to identify successful strategies, common challenges, and specific areas for sales process improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver clear, data-backed reports on call quality and team performance to sales managers and key stakeholders. (This function will continue until an automated quality tool is fully implemented.)
- Quality Standard Maintenance: Ensure high-quality standards are consistently met across all lead management and utilization efforts.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a role demanding strong attention to detail, such as quality assurance, auditing, proofreading, or an analytical customer service/sales capacity.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to listen deeply, catch subtle details, and thoroughly understand complex conversations.
- Pattern Recognition: Proven skill in connecting and synthesizing insights from multiple data points and conversations.
- Communication: Strong ability to present findings clearly and constructively through both written reports and direct discussions with product and sales teams.
- Integrity: Must demonstrate unwavering objectivity and discipline in evaluating performance against set standards.
