Sales Quality Assurance Analyst

Role Summary

This role focuses on improving sales quality and conversion performance by monitoring calls, evaluating agents, and providing actionable feedback. The ideal candidate should have hands-on sales experience and a strong understanding of real customer interactions, objections, and closing techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and review sales calls, chats, and customer interactions
  • Evaluate agent performance based on conversion, pitch quality, and closing effectiveness
  • Ensure adherence to scripts, compliance standards, and sales processes
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and missed opportunities in sales conversations
  • Prepare QA scorecards and generate performance insights
  • Provide structured feedback and coaching to improve agent performance
  • Collaborate with team leads to drive higher conversion rates and sales outcomes

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in a sales role (mandatory)
  • Basic understanding of sales KPIs and customer handling techniques
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to review calls and provide constructive, actionable feedback
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
