Role Summary
This role focuses on improving sales quality and conversion performance by monitoring calls, evaluating agents, and providing actionable feedback. The ideal candidate should have hands-on sales experience and a strong understanding of real customer interactions, objections, and closing techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and review sales calls, chats, and customer interactions
- Evaluate agent performance based on conversion, pitch quality, and closing effectiveness
- Ensure adherence to scripts, compliance standards, and sales processes
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and missed opportunities in sales conversations
- Prepare QA scorecards and generate performance insights
- Provide structured feedback and coaching to improve agent performance
- Collaborate with team leads to drive higher conversion rates and sales outcomes
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a sales role (mandatory)
- Basic understanding of sales KPIs and customer handling techniques
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to review calls and provide constructive, actionable feedback
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
