Sales Quality Assurance (QA) – POS Sales (Night Shift)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales QA Executive to monitor, evaluate, and improve the performance of our POS sales team. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance, maintain quality standards, and help drive higher conversions through feedback and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and review sales calls, chats, and transactions of POS sales agents
  • Evaluate performance based on defined quality parameters and KPIs
  • Identify gaps in communication, compliance, and sales techniques
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to sales agents
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and sales scripts
  • Prepare daily/weekly QA reports and performance insights
  • Highlight fraud risks, mis-selling, or policy violations
  • Work closely with the Sales and Training team for continuous improvement
  • Maintain proper documentation and QA records

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales QA / Call Center QA / POS QA
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and quality standards
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in night shift (US hours)
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and reporting

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
