Weekends: Friday & Saturday

Job Description:
We are seeking a Property Consultant to join our real estate sales team. The role involves promoting and selling company projects, identifying client needs, generating qualified leads, and managing the full sales cycle from first contact until closing deals.
You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing professional consultations, conducting property presentations, and ensuring a smooth and high-quality customer experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
• 2+ year of experience in Real Estate or Banking (Property Consultant / Sales role)
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Fluent in English (spoken & written)

• Proficient in MS Office tools
• Must have a car
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
