- Greet visitors, tenants, and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, welcoming, and presentable.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
- Register and direct visitors to the appropriate office, department, or person.
- Issue visitor passes and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Maintain a visitor logbook for records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, messages, and correspondence.
- Provide accurate information regarding office/tower services and facilities.
- Relay important messages to staff or management in a timely manner.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Handle incoming mail, courier services, and distribute documents.
- Support the office team with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
- Respond to tenant or client inquiries and complaints, forwarding them to the concerned department.
- Provide information about property listings, amenities, and facilities if in a real estate setup.
- Assist with move-in/move-out coordination for tenants in towers.
- Liaise with security personnel for visitor access and emergencies.
- Inform maintenance teams of reported issues (air conditioning, elevators, cleaning, etc.).
- Maintain records of visitors, calls, and appointments.
- Assist management by preparing simple daily activity or front desk reports.
- Uphold company image by maintaining a neat appearance and professional communication.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive tenant, client, or company information.
