2. The Position


  • Job Title: Sales Associate
  • Department: Sales Department
  • Reports to: Sales Director


Role Overview: We're looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Associate to be a key contributor to our growth. You will be on the front lines, responsible for attracting real estate agents and agencies to the BrokerDeck platform through direct, in-person sales. The ideal candidate is passionate about real estate and technology and is driven to help establish BrokerDeck as the leading PropTech platform in the UAE.


Compensation Structure:

  • Fixed Salary: AED 5,000 per month
  • Commission: AED 70 for each subscription sold


3. Key Responsibilities


Sales & Acquisition

  • Drive sales of BrokerDeck's subscription plans to individual agents and corporate agencies.
  • Proactively generate leads and attract new clients through field visits to agency offices, industry events, and project launches.
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations and platform demonstrations to prospective clients, from individual agents to key agency decision-makers.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing BrokerDeck and networking effectively at industry conferences, exhibitions, and events.
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collect valuable market and client feedback to help guide product and service improvements.


Reporting & Administration

  • Diligently maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, pipeline activity, and client feedback.
4. Candidate Requirements


  • 1-2 years of proven experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Experience in the Dubai real estate market, especially in real estate sales (as a broker) .
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport easily .
  • Experience delivering product presentations and demonstrations, preferably for a SaaS or IT product.
  • Highly self-organized with the ability to independently plan daily schedules and tasks to achieve results.
  • A persistent, ambitious, and results-driven mindset focused on meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems .
  • Willingness and ability to perform daily field work across Dubai .
  • An energetic and positive attitude with a genuine passion for PropTech .
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English .

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in the Dubai real estate market , especially working with brokers. The more - the better.
  • An existing network of contacts among real estate agencies in Dubai.
  • Fluency in Arabic or other languages.
