Job Title: Sales Representative

Reports To: Branch Manager

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The role is to help customers, increase sales, keep the branch tidy, and follow company rules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and help all customers politely.
• Suggest extra products to increase sales.
• Serve customers quickly and leave a positive impression.
• Display products creatively and neatly.
• Keep the branch clean, fresh, and organized.
• Know company products (chocolates, flowers, cakes).
• Use product knowledge to assist customers.
• Handle stock carefully and prevent damage.
• Follow pricing, cleanliness, and company rules.

Requirements:

• High school or equivalent (Bachelor’s is a plus).
• 1–2 years’ experience in retail or sales preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic; English is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems.

Skills:

• Friendly, polite, and good with customers.
• Positive attitude and motivated.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Team player.
• Basic product and display knowledge.
