Sales Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Zea. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales, eager to connect with customers, and ready to contribute to our growth. You will work on a commission-based structure, allowing you to control your earnings based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools
  • Actively identify and engage with potential customers to promote Zea's products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and smooth order processing.
  • Represent Zea at events, trade shows, and meetings to generate leads and expand the customer base.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a results-driven mindset and a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Compensation:

This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. The more you sell, the more you earn!
