1. Job Title: Sales Representative
2. Job Purpose: Achieve sales targets, expand the company's customer base, and build strong, lasting customer relationships to drive revenue growth.
3. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Achieve monthly sales targets for retail sales.
- Conduct daily visits to customers and potential clients.
- Create weekly reports on sales activities, including the number of visits and new sales opportunities.
- Follow up on new sales opportunities and focus on closing them.
- Ensure the accuracy of customer documents submitted for product requests.
- Provide a comprehensive course on the product to be sold.
- Develop and implement a sales plan based on sectors (e.g., general contracting, education, health), customer needs, and geographical distribution.
- Continuously develop sales skills through training courses.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts, staying updated on new products and the competitive landscape.
- Strengthen and build strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Resolve customer problems and meet their requirements.
4. Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a competitive and cooperative team environment.
- Excellent time management and scheduling skills.
- Tact and good appearance.

6. Working Conditions:
- The role involves frequent travel to meet with clients.
- The compensation includes a basic salary, housing allowance, transportation allowance, car or vehicle allowance, mobile allowance, and commissions.
- There is a three-month probationary period. Performance is evaluated every three months, and if targets are not met, the employee may be given a notice of deficiency. The company reserves the right to terminate employment if the notice is repeated twice in one year.
