• Handle billing, exchanges, and returns professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness, display, and organization of the shop.
• Create and post engaging content (photos, reels, stories) on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Manage the shop’s social media pages and respond to inquiries.
• Promote new arrivals, offers, and styling ideas online.
• Monitor follower engagement and increase online reach.
