Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Sales Representative with a solid shipping industry background and a minimum of 4–5 years of sales experience in the UAE. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for logistics and a drive to succeed in freight forwarding sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the freight forwarding sector (air, sea, and land).
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing shipping clients and convert them into freight forwarding customers.
• Promote the company's full range of logistics services to potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver customized proposals and pricing based on client requirements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
• Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
• Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth handling of shipments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–5 years of sales experience in the UAE shipping industry.
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, logistics operations, and supply chain solutions.
• Existing client network in shipping/freight forwarding is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• UAE driving license is an advantage
