• Lead guided outdoor trips, including hiking, camping, kayaking, and sightseeing.
• Set up and break down tents, camp equipment, and cooking stations.
• Ensure guest safety by following protocols and responding to emergencies.
• Provide local knowledge, nature facts, and interpretive commentary during trips.
• Drive company vehicles to and from trip locations.
• Prepare and serve simple meals during trips.
• Maintain equipment and report any issues to the operations team.
• Deliver excellent customer service and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
