About the Role
We are seeking a driven and professional Sales Associate to serve as the initial point of contact for prospective students. This role is central to the enrollment process, involving expert guidance on program selection. The successful candidate will gain invaluable, hands-on experience in professional sales techniques, advanced student support services, and proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle student inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Advise on academic programs, career pathways, and enrollment steps
• Support lead generation, follow-ups, and outreach campaigns
• Keep accurate records in CRM systems
• Assist senior associates during calls, demos, and events
• Prepare reports and track daily conversion metrics

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or Education
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Passionate about education and student success
• Energetic, persuasive, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
