Sales Representative

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, business development, and account management. This role requires excellent negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach to drive sales growth and build lasting relationships with clients. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting product demos, and managing your territory effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for lead generation and territory management to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct cold calling and follow-up on leads to establish new business opportunities.
• Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our offerings.
• Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales performance.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales, including outside sales, inside sales, or direct sales roles.
• Strong understanding of territory management principles and techniques.
• Familiarity with CRM software and technology sales is preferred.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and develop actionable strategies.
• Experience in retail sales or technical sales is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
