Key Responsibilities -

  • Handle customer inquiries and generate qualified leads.
  • Present and promote our residential and commercial projects effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct site visits and assist clients in the property selection process.
  • Achieve sales targets through proactive follow-ups and customer engagement.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements -

  • Graduate from a recognized college or university
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of real estate sales processes, customer handling, and closing techniques.
  • A self-motivated, result-oriented professional with a positive attitude and team spirit.
