Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our dynamic real estate team as a commission-based agent. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and is eager to build their career in real estate. As a commission-based agent, you will earn a percentage of the sales and deals you close, providing the potential for unlimited earnings based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
  • Provide expert advice on the real estate market, including pricing, property value, and trends.
  • Conduct property showings and open houses to potential buyers.
  • Negotiate contracts and handle all aspects of the transaction process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market properties using various channels, including social media, online listings, and traditional methods.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for real estate.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Real estate license (or willingness to obtain it, if applicable in your area).
  • Access to a car and ability to travel to properties for showings and meetings.

Compensation:

  • This is a commission-based role, with no fixed salary. You will earn a percentage of every deal you successfully close.
  • The more deals you close, the more you can earn. There are no income limits in this performance-based position.
