- Business development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
- Client management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Sales and negotiation: Present and demonstrate hose pipe products to potential customers, negotiate prices and terms, and close deals.
- Sales performance: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts.
- Market analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities and provide feedback to management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments like marketing and customer support to ensure client needs are met and to help develop sales strategies.
- Event participation: Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
- Technical support: Provide pre- and post-sales technical assistance to clients where needed.
