  • Job Overview:
    We are hiring Sales Representatives to promote and sell products across the UAE. The role requires solid experience in the tobacco/shisha industry and a strong understanding of the Horeca sector, wholesalers, and shisha contractors. Candidates must be able to build long-term business relationships and achieve sales growth targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with Horeca clients, shisha contractors, and wholesalers.

    • Promote products and increase market share across allocated regions.

    • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.

    • Conduct regular market visits to assess competition and discover new opportunities.

    • Provide product training and knowledge to clients when required.

    • Report on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.



    Requirements

    Candidate Requirements:

    • Must be currently located in the UAE.

    • Must have an Arab background to ensure cultural and market alignment.

    • 5 10 years of proven experience in the tobacco/shisha industry.

    • Excellent knowledge of the Horeca sector, wholesalers, and shisha contractors.

    • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.

    • Well-established network and ground-level connections.

    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.


    Skills & Competencies:

    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

    • Deep knowledge of UAE market dynamics.

    • Ability to manage multiple clients and business opportunities simultaneously.
