Job Description:
We are a renown Training Company and looking for a driven and persuasive Inside Sales Representative to convert warm leads into successful sales. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting leads provided by the company, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward purchasing online courses. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, customer-focused, and results-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to pre-qualified leads via phone to discuss our products/services.
  • Build rapport with prospects, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our offerings to encourage conversion.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure a seamless sales process and address any concerns.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure lead conversion targets are met.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related role.
  • Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills.
  • Goal-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a similar role converting leads.
  • Knowledge of the industry or product/service being offered.
  • Strong customer service mindset and active listening skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Sales: 2 years (Required)
  • Direct sales: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Telemarketing: 1 year (Required)

Language:

  • English (preferably British Accent) (Required)

Shift availability:

  • Night Shift (Preferred)
  • Day Shift (Preferred)
