Sales Representative

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive with proven experience in furniture and home appliances sales. The ideal candidate should assist customers, achieve sales targets, and deliver an excellent in-store shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture and appliances
• Demonstrate product features, specifications, and benefits clearly
• Close sales and achieve monthly targets
• Prepare quotations, bills, and sales orders
• Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and after-sales coordination
• Maintain product displays and showroom cleanliness
• Coordinate with the warehouse and billing team for stock availability
• Build long-term customer relationships

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience in furniture and home appliances
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-oriented attitude and sales-driven mindset
• Basic computer knowledge (billing software, POS, MS Excel)
• Ability to work on weekends and holidays
• Team player with a positive attitude

Preferred Skills

• Experience in branded furniture or appliance showrooms
• Knowledge of financing options (EMI, credit cards, consumer loans)
• Local language fluency (Malayalam, English preferred)
