Location: Gulberg greens Islamabad (Office-Based)

Salary: PKR 30,000 Basic + 10% Incentive per Sale + Performance Bonuses

Smart Distribution is a rapidly growing distribution management software, trusted by 1800+ businesses across Pakistan. We are expanding our Sales Team and looking for confident, motivated, and goal-oriented Sales Representatives to join us.

=> Job Overview

As a Sales Representative, you will handle inbound leads generated through Meta Ads, engage with potential clients, conduct Google Meet demos, and close sales. No field work — all leads are provided by the company.

=> Key Responsibilities

1. Manage inbound leads received through Meta Ads.

2. Contact prospects instantly via call/WhatsApp.

3. Understand client needs and pitch the Smart Distribution software.

4. Conduct product demos through Google Meet.

5. Maintain consistent follow-ups until closing.

6. Update CRM with leads, follow-up history, and status.

7. Send quotations and proposals professionally.

8. Achieve monthly sales targets.

9. Coordinate with the support/installation teams after the sale.

=> Requirements

1. Minimum Intermediate (Bachelor’s preferred).

2. Strong communication & selling skills.

3. Confidence in calling/WhatsApp discussions with new clients.

4. Ability to conduct Google Meet demos.

5. Responsible, punctual, and target-driven personality.

6. Minimum 6 months of experience in sales ( Software sales preffered )

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

1. Responding to leads within 5 minutes.

2. Timely daily follow-ups.

3. Number of demos conducted.

4. Monthly sales achievement.

5. Conversion ratio (Leads → Demos → Sales).

6. Accurate CRM updates.
