- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively finding new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals, as well as following up on inbound inquiries.
- Sales Presentations & Demos: Presenting, promoting, and selling products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive business relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Closing Sales: Negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing to close deals and achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas.
- Market Analysis: Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate client databases, records, and reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven work experience as a sales representative or in a similar customer-facing role.

Common Work Environments
