Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell our truck dispatching services. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and a basic understanding of the trucking or logistics industry. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and onboarding new carriers.

Key Responsibilities

- Actively prospect and generate new leads (owner-operators and fleet owners)

- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with potential clients

- Present and explain truck dispatching services clearly and persuasively

- Close sales and successfully onboard new carriers

- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM or tracking systems

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

- Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets

Requirement:

- Minimum 6-8 months of experience in truck dispatching sales

- Good Communication Skills

- Sales Mindset

- Familiarity with Truck or Logistic industry

Timings: Night Shift (6 P.M. to 3 A.M.)

Days: Monday to Friday

Commission: 12k pkr on Active Leads.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
