Sales Representative

Job Summary:
The Sales Representative at WBM is responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves promoting WBM’s products and services, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory
  • Promote and sell WBM products and services to prospective and existing clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in sales or business development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
