Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team at WoW Health and play a key role in expanding our reach. This is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about sales, confident in outreach, and eager to grow their career in B2C & B2B selling. We will train the right candidate who brings persistence, energy, and a serious commitment to success.

You’ll work directly with the Sales Lead to generate leads, execute outreach campaigns, schedule qualified meetings, conduct discovery conversations, and handle objections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute outreach strategies (cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn, and other channels).
  • Make outbound calls to businesses using provided lists.
  • Introduce product in a clear and professional way
  • Identify interested prospects and qualify basic fit
  • Maintain simple call notes and update CRM
  • Collaborate with the Sales Lead to refine outreach and improve conversion rates.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of proven sales or appointment-setting experience (B2B or B2C).
  • Strong communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, email platforms, and video conferencing software.
  • A serious, career-focused mindset with a long-term vision in sales.
