Sales Executive (Call Center Industry Experience Required)

Location: Onsite – Blue Area, Islamabad

We are hiring a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive with prior call center industry experience to join our growing team. This is a full-time, onsite night shift role based in Blue Area, Islamabad. This role requires physical visits to clients offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients (local and international market)
• Generate, qualify, and close new sales opportunities
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closing
• Build strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the call center industry (BPO, telesales, inside sales, etc.)
• Proven sales track record with strong closing skills
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Comfortable working night shifts
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented
