Sales Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and effectively presenting our services. Sales Representatives manage leads, prepare estimates, send proposals/contracts, and support customers through the sales process, including on‑site estimates if necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to leads; gather scope details; prepare accurate estimates.
  • Conduct calls to company provided leads to generate business and expand the customer base.
  • Create/send proposals and contracts; conduct timely follow‑ups.
  • Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on territory management and growth initiatives.
  • Utilize MoveItPro or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Maintain CRM records and documentation accuracy.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Provide professional, solution-oriented customer service.

Experience

  • Proven experience in outside sales or territory management is highly desirable.
  • 1–2+ years in sales or customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow‑up skills.
  • Experience using MoveItPro or other CRM software to manage leads and sales processes effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $1.00 - $100,000.00 per year
