Sales Representative

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify new business opportunities within assigned territories and industries.
  • Conduct outside sales activities including cold calling, face-to-face meetings, product demos, and lead generation efforts to build a robust pipeline of prospects.
  • Manage existing accounts through effective account management practices, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Lead negotiations with clients to close deals while upselling additional products or services to maximize revenue potential.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that support business development initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, offering technical sales support, and delivering compelling product presentations.
  • Manage territory sales activities efficiently through territory management strategies, ensuring comprehensive coverage and maximum outreach.
  • Reach out to small and medium-sized businesses in need of bookkeeping support
  • Introduce Clarity & Growth Bookkeeping services
  • Build relationships with business owners, CPAs, and local professionals
  • Generate and close new client engagements
  • Maintain professional communication with prospective clients

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent negotiation skills coupled with strong analysis skills to interpret market trends and customer data.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for lead management and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability in account management, customer service, and developing new business opportunities.
  • Knowledge of technology or technical sales is highly desirable; experience with product demos and upselling techniques preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to conduct effective inside and outside sales calls, including cold calling efforts.

Compensation

  • 10% commission on new client revenue generated

Pay: $48,905.81 - $58,897.32 per year
