Job Overview

Al Obeidly Medical is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our growing medical equipment team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Qatar healthcare market, established relationships with key healthcare providers, and proven experience in medical device sales.

This role requires an active field-based professional capable of developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and expanding our presence across hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s medical equipment and devices to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers
• Maintain and develop relationships with key decision makers and healthcare professionals
• Conduct regular field visits to existing and potential clients
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s market presence
• Prepare quotations, follow up on sales leads, and close deals
• Participate in product demonstrations, training sessions, and marketing activities
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and after-sales support

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of medical device sales experience in Qatar
• Strong knowledge of the local healthcare market and key clients
• Existing relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers in Qatar
• Track record in medical device or healthcare product sales
• Highly active in field sales and client engagement
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
• Valid Qatar driving license

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, Business, or related field
• Experience working with government and private healthcare institutions
