Sales Representative

Job Overview

Duties

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities within assigned territories
  • Conduct outside sales activities including cold calling, face-to-face meetings, and product demonstrations to generate leads and close deals
  • Manage existing accounts through effective account management strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and upselling opportunities
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer data, and analyze sales performance metrics
  • Lead business development initiatives by identifying market trends, analyzing competitors, and expanding territory coverage
  • Present technical product solutions tailored to client needs, demonstrating value through detailed product demos and presentations
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize revenue while maintaining customer relationships
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness efforts
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions for continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales.
  • English and Creole required.
  • Excellent negotiation skills paired with a customer-centric approach to account management
  • Effective communication skills for conducting product demos, presentations, and negotiations
  • Ability to perform cold calling and inside sales activities confidently while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Analytical skills to interpret market data, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans
  • Knowledge of marketing principles related to business development and lead nurturing
  • Experience in retail sales or technical sales is a plus but not required
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively with team members
