Sales Representative

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Representative who can generate leads, close deals, and manage post-sale coordination including invoicing and payment follow-ups. The ideal candidate should be confident in client communication, capable of handling the complete sales cycle, and ensuring timely revenue collection within the domestic market

Responsibilities:

Sales & Closing

  • Identify and generate new leads through outbound and inbound channels
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations
  • Present and promote company services to prospective clients
  • Negotiate deals and close sales effectively

Invoicing & Deal Processing

  • Prepare and send invoices to clients after deal closure
  • Coordinate with accounts/management for accurate billing
  • Ensure proper documentation of each deal

Payment Follow-Ups (Receivables)

  • Follow up with clients for pending payments
  • Track receivables and ensure timely collections
  • Maintain clear communication with clients regarding payment schedules
  • Report outstanding payments to management

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and payments in CRM
  • Track sales performance and pipeline updates
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing team for lead generation
  • Coordinate internally for smooth onboarding of clients

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales (B2B or B2C)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Experience handling invoicing or basic financial coordination
  • Ability to follow up confidently on payments
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Excel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
The performance of the Sales Representative will be evaluated based on:

  • Sales target achievement (monthly & quarterly)
  • Deal closure rate
  • Revenue generated
  • Timely invoicing after deal closure
  • Collection efficiency (payments received on time)

Other Details:

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Timings: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
  • Location: On-site – Off Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS, Karachi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
