ACA Group is seeking motivated and reliable individuals to partner with our team as Qualification Specialists. This is a opportunity working with opt-in leads only. This role is a key part of our enrollment process and overall client experience.

ACA Group is a BBB-accredited company that helps individuals legally cancel unwanted timeshare contracts and eliminate long-term financial obligations. You will be speaking with prospects who have already expressed interest in our services

What You’ll Do

• Qualify inbound and warm-transfer prospects by phone
• Determine eligibility using a structured conversation process
• Schedule and confirm consultations with Senior Advisors
• Follow up to reduce no-shows
• Document interactions accurately in our CRM
• Participate in required training and Partner meetings

Pay & Benefits

• Base salary
• Commission paid per enrolled client

Commission Structure

• 1–6 enrollments: $175 each
• 7–plus enrollments: $225 each retroactive back to deal 1
