Sales Representative

Duties

  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts in direct market settings.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features, benefits, and technical aspects of our offerings.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Manage key accounts by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Lead outside sales efforts by visiting clients on-site, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in direct sales, medical sales, or pharmaceutical sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts, schedule visits, and follow up efficiently.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams or lead initiatives independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and analysis tools for reporting insights.
  • Knowledge of technical sales processes and the ability to explain complex product features clearly.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $1,500.00 - $8,000.00 per week

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
