Sales Representative

Aimvo Pest Control is looking for highly motivated individuals who are driven by sales, enjoy working independently, and want unlimited earning potential.

This position is a combination of pest control service and in-person sales. You will be servicing homes that our inside sales department closes while also identifying opportunities to upsell additional pest control services to customers during appointments.

This is not an entry-level retail sales position. We are looking for real sales experience from industries such as pest control, roofing, solar, security systems, real estate, automotive sales, or similar high-performance sales environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial pest control services for residential and commercial customers
• Service:
• General Pest Control
• Termite Treatments
• Bed Bug Treatments
• Mosquito Services
• Pest Inspections
• Educate customers on pest issues and prevention
• Upsell additional pest control services during appointments
• Build trust and strong customer relationships
• Maintain professionalism while working independently in the field
• Meet daily sales expectations
• Properly document services and sales

Compensation

• $18 per completed home service
• 10% commission on every sale that gets serviced
• Sales are the primary source of income in this role
• High performers have strong earning potential

Schedule

• Monday – Saturday
• Full-time

Preferred Qualifications

• Pest control technician experience
• Pest control licensing

No license? No problem. We can train the right person and help them become licensed.

Pay: $21,600.00 - $100,000.00 per year
