Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell vacation home rental properties to local and international clients.
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
• Generate leads through marketing campaigns, referrals, and networking.
• Maintain strong relationships with property owners and guests.
• Explain property features, pricing, availability, and rental terms to clients.
• Negotiate rental rates and close sales bookings.
• Coordinate reservations, check-ins, and customer support with operations teams.
• Update property listings on booking platforms and company systems.
• Achieve monthly sales and occupancy targets.
• Prepare sales reports and customer feedback summaries.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide suitable solutions.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and tourism activities
