Sales Representative – 19L Water Bottling Sales

Location: Japan Road, Islamabad

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and reliable Sales Representative to promote and grow sales of 19-liter bottled drinking water in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. The role involves building new customer connections, maintaining regular delivery clients, and helping expand our distribution network across residential and corporate sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and visit new customers including homes, offices, shops, and institutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat orders.
• Achieve monthly sales targets for bottle subscriptions and deliveries.
• Maintain proper record of sales, payments, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with delivery and accounts teams for smooth operations.
• Conduct market surveys to identify potential customers and competitor activity.
• Support promotional activities and local marketing campaigns.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of service complaints.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years in outdoor sales, preferably in water delivery, beverage, or FMCG.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Good knowledge of Islamabad and Rawalpindi routes and markets.
• Must own a motorcycle or have reliable mobility for fieldwork.
• Honest, punctual, and customer-focused attitude.

Compensation

• Fixed salary plus commission on sales performance.
• Fuel and mobile allowance where applicable.
