Olmix is looking for a Sales Representative to join our Sales department into the Business Unit of Animal Care at Olmix North Vietnam !

Job context

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the main role of the Sales Representative is to ensure customer development and sales growth for Olmix products in the Vietnamese market. Duties include visiting customers, presenting company products and services, coordinating orders and delivery with internal departments, supporting debt collection, preparing market reports, and assisting in seminars and customer training sessions.

What you’ll do (missions)

    • Customer visit
    • Presentation of product and service of company
    • Receiving the order of customer and work with the related department: Supply chain, customer service, finance, admin… for delivery
    • Providing the forecast from client for production
    • Debt reminding support
    • Weekly and monthly market report
    • In put Sale force system
    • Supporting of seminar, translation of presentation
    • Attending of the training session of company
    • Training for customer: finding the suitable speaker, budgets …

What you bring (hard skills, soft skills, level of education, experience, …)

University degree or higher vocational education, preferably in veterinary or agriculture science.

    Being good at English communication

      Having the knowledge in animal nutrition and field of animal feed additive

        Having good communication & organization & computer skills

          Being self-motivated, positive character

          Interview Schedule

          • An initial telephone interview with our Recruiter: an opportunity to give you a brief introduction to the position and gather initial information about your profile.
          • An interview (in person or by videoconference) with Sales Manager: you can talk in detail about your experience and what you’re looking for in your future position.
          • Soft skill test via AssessFirst.
          • A final interview (in person or by videoconference) with Commercial Director, to talk about what motivates you at work, and to go deeper into your soft skills (based on your tests results).
          • A phone call a week after your last interview.
